available there were many problems that persisted within a recording studio. See below for

 The Cables: In modern recording studios the need for audio cables has significantly
diminished to the point of nearly being eliminated completely. Typically, nothing more
than a single USB cord is needed rather than an abundance of MIDI cables.
 The Noise: Noise used to be a persistent problem in the studio. Every single cable that
existed and every device that was present caused disruptive noise. Today since there
are little to no cables a lot of potential noise disruption has been eliminated. There is
now also the development of noise reduction software, so should noise occur it can
easily be removed.
 Studio Racks: Studio racks are now virtual but in past times studio owners spent an
enormous amount of time crouching behind racks. Any time new equipment needed to
be installed or equipment needed to be maintained crouching behind the racks was
involved.
 Maintenance: Now little to no maintenance is required. In fact, any maintenance
that is required in today’s world is mostly completed automatically in the digital space.
In past times physical maintenance was needed weekly or daily.
